DEMI / CHEF DE PARTIE 5 STAR 2AAR SURREY - HERTFORDSHIRE, South East A Demi Chef / Chef de Partie required for an outstanding 5 Star Hotel and Spa in Hertfordshire.
The hotel has a 100 cover brasserie and a 40/50 cover 2AA Rosette fine dining restairant as well as a bar and functions to 120.
As a demi or chef de partie you will be part of a 21 strong brigade so you will get plenty of support.
Salary is between £14,5k and £16.5k for a 40 hour week. All extra time is payable.
